​El - Mouchir has a powerful multi-criteria search engine that allows professionals and the general public free access to company contacts as well as information relating to their activities, products and services.

The El- Mouchir database undergoes continuous updating of the information it disseminates on its companies in order to improve the quality of CACI services.

You have the possibility :

• either to submit a free ad by completing a registration form
• either to submit a paid advertisement by completing an online registration form under the specific conditions indicated
• or by requesting a quote from El Mouchir .

The structure of the site and its research section is developed by LA CACI .

Our services are reserved for persons legally capable of entering into contracts under Algerian law. Our services are not available to minors under the age of 18. If you do not meet these conditions, you should not use our services.

User(s): refers to any user of the El Site Mouchir .

Database(s) : refers to the database belonging to El Handkerchief

Hosted data: data posted by the User on the El Site Handkerchief

The company that has a paid or free advertisement in the directory grants LA CACI a non-exclusive and free right to use its trademarks, logos, commercial name or any other content included in the advertisement of the directory allowing LA CACI to reproduce, publish and distribute them on its site, on the sites of partners and third parties. This right is granted for the entire duration of publication of the advertisement.

The company that has an advertisement in the directory guarantees in this respect that it is the holder of all the rights allowing it to grant El Mouchir the aforementioned rights and guarantees that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.

El Mouchir grants the User a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license (hereinafter the "License") allowing him to use the El Mouchir service offer and to consult the Databases solely for internal under the terms and conditions of these General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Sale.
